The construction

What is down alternative filling?
Ultra-fine microfiber clusters engineered to mimic the loft, softness and warmth of high fill-power goose down.
You get the same cloud-like embrace ā with no animal products, and none of the allergens that can come with natural fills.
How does it compare to real down?
Side by side, the feel is remarkably close: lofty, billowy and warm. Real down still wins on warmth-to-weight in extreme cold, but our down alternative breathes beautifully and holds its loft night after night.
Where it clearly wins: care. It's machine washable at home ā no special cleaning, no clumping, no odour.
Is it good for allergies?
Yes ā this is the duvet we recommend for allergy-prone sleepers. The fill is naturally hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites, and because the whole duvet is machine washable, you can keep it truly fresh year round.
Which weight should I choose?
Summer for warm rooms and hot sleepers. All Season for most bedrooms, most of the year. Polar for deep winter and cold sleepers.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low with dryer balls to restore the loft. It comes out of the dryer like new ā no clumping, no fuss.
Will it sleep hot?
No ā the clusters trap warmth in air pockets just like down while letting excess heat escape, and the Lyocell shell wicks moisture and regulates temperature. Hot sleepers should start with the Summer weight.
How does shipping work?
Our handling time usually takes about 1-3 days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world.
What are the shipping costs?
We provide free worldwide shippingfor all orders above $100 Any order below this amount will be charged a flat rate of $12.95.
Please note - Heavy and Fragile items are subject to additional shipping charges that levied on a per product basis. These items are not eligible for Free Shipping over $100.
What are the shipping times?
For stocked inventory in the US, it will take about 3-7 days to arrive. On rare occasion, items may be on backorder - in this case, we will ship from our closest stocked warehouse.
Orders for made-to-order goods will take about 5 weeks to arrive.
What is the return policy?
If an item isnāt the perfect match, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
For made to order items like Wall Panels, and Furniture, refunds are entitled exclusively to store credit.
There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs that are not refunded to us by Shopify if we process a cancellation.
You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Articture does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days.
