Yes. Each rug is made to order.

Rather than mass-produced inventory, every piece is crafted specifically for your space. This approach allows for precise construction, dimensional detailing, and consistent material quality.

What is the manufacturing process for each rug?

Each design is produced using hand-tufted or woven techniques, depending on the composition.

The dimensional high–low surfaces are carefully built to create depth while maintaining structural integrity. Every rug is finished to ensure long-term performance and visual clarity.

How thick is the pile on this rug?

Pile height varies by design.

Plush styles feature deeper, sculpted surfaces for added softness and dimension. Refined woven styles offer a lower profile suited for dining areas and structured layouts.

All designs are proportioned to support stable furniture placement and everyday functionality.

Do I need a rug pad?

We recommend using a rug pad.

A rug pad enhances stability, protects flooring, improves underfoot comfort, and helps extend the lifespan of the rug by reducing surface friction.

Will the rug shed?

Light shedding is natural with premium natural fibers.

This is most noticeable during the initial period and will diminish with regular care. Vacuum without a rotating brush to preserve the pile.

How long will it take to receive my rug?

As each rug is made to order, production requires a dedicated lead time prior to shipment and typically needs 6–8 weeks to ensure precise construction, dimensional detailing, and material integrity. This timeline allows for quality control at every stage, ensuring the rug maintains its structure, texture, and performance standards.

Once completed, your rug will be prepared for shipment and you will receive tracking information.

Intentional craftsmanship takes time and the result reflects it.

How does shipping work?

Our handling time usually takes about 1-3 days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times can be seen at checkout depending on where you live.

How much does shipping cost

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders above $100. Any order below this amount will be charged a flat rate of $12.95.

Please note - heavy and fragile items are subject to additional shipping charges that levied on a per product basis. These items are not eligible for free shipping over $100.

What is the return policy?

If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

For made to order items like Wall Panels, and Furniture, refunds are entitled exclusively to store credit.
