What does 1 gang, 2 gang, 3 gang mean?

One gang is one position on the plate. A 1 gang plate holds a single piece, a 3 gang plate holds three side by side. Count the positions on the wall you are replacing and order that size.

Will my existing modules fit?

The plate fits standard US rocker-style (Decora) switches, dimmers, GFCI and USB outlets, and keypads. It does not fit a traditional toggle switch. You keep your modules; the plate upgrades the face. Plate only, modules not included.

Will it fit my electrical box?

Yes. It mounts over a standard US electrical box using the screw holes on your existing rocker module or outlet.

Do I need an electrician?

No. Switch off the breaker, remove the old plate, and screw this one on. About five minutes with a flathead screwdriver.

Can I see the finishes before I buy?

Yes. The Brass Electrical Sample Kit brings an outlet, a dimmer, and a toggle switch to your door in the finish you are considering. Hold the weight, feel the click, and see the finish in your own light before committing a whole floor.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days with free standard delivery across the US and Canada. Express delivery (2–5 days) is available at checkout. International standard delivery takes 10–15 days.

How does it arrive?

Each piece ships boxed with its mounting screws, wrapped to protect the finish. There is nothing to assemble: it mounts straight onto the electrical box you already have.

Do I need an electrician to install it?

If you are comfortable replacing a switch or outlet, it takes about five minutes with a screwdriver. If not, any electrician can fit it in minutes. Always switch off the breaker first.

Can I return it?

Returns are welcome on unused pieces in their original packaging. Brass and bronze finishes are applied by hand, so slight variation between pieces is part of the material, not a defect. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
