How does the 25% off work?
It's automatic. As a member, 25% comes off every item at checkout — including sale and clearance pieces. There are no codes to enter and nothing is excluded.
What is the 10% credit and when do I get it?
About 30 days after your order is delivered, we email you 10% of what you paid — up to $500 per order — as member credit. Use it toward a future order within 6 months. It applies to the product price (not shipping or tax), one credit per order.
Is the credit real money I can withdraw?
No — it's member credit toward a future Articture order, not cash. It has no cash value, can't be withdrawn or transferred, is one per order, and is good for 6 months.
Does the 25% apply to sale items too?
Yes. Members save 25% on everything, including items already on sale or clearance. No exclusions.
Can I use my 25% and my credit on the same order?
Yes — your 25% always applies, and you can use one credit on top on a future order. Your credit is a fixed dollar amount you earned earlier, not an extra 25% + 10% = 35% off. You just can't add other promo or coupon codes.
Does any of this apply to delivery?
The 25% and the 10% credit apply to the product price. Delivery, freight, and white-glove service are billed separately and aren't discounted.
How does billing work?
Membership is $199 per year and renews automatically on your join date. Cancel anytime; your benefits and any unused credit remain active through the end of your paid year.

The Articture Membership is $199 per year and renews automatically until cancelled. Members save 25% on all items, including sale and clearance, applied automatically at checkout; member pricing cannot be combined with other discount or coupon codes. Members also earn 10% back as member credit, calculated on the post-discount product subtotal (excluding shipping and tax), capped at $500 per order, issued by email about 30 days after delivery and valid for 6 months from issue. Credit is limited to one per order, cannot exceed the order value, cannot be applied to the order that earned it, and applies to product price only. The 25% discount and member credit exclude trade and contract orders. Credit has no cash value and is non-transferable. Cancel anytime; benefits remain active through the end of the paid term.
