We offer free worldwide shipping. You can expect the chandelier to arrive to your door within 15–20 business days.

We recommend using an electrician. Installation usually takes 1–2 hours, and we're happy to help you find one locally if needed.

How does shipping work?

Our handling time usually takes about 1-3 days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times can be seen at checkout depending on where you live.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders above $100. Any order below this amount will be charged a flat rate of $12.95.

Please note - heavy and fragile items are subject to additional shipping charges that levied on a per product basis. These items are not eligible for free shipping over $100.

What is the return policy?

If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
