How does the 20% work?
It's automatic. 20% comes off every eligible piece at checkout — no codes.
When do I get the 10% credit?
About 30 days after delivery, we email you credit worth 10% of what you paid — up to $500 per order. It's good for 6 months, one credit per order.
What if something is already on sale?
You pay the better price. Member pricing and sale pricing never stack — and you never pay more than a non-member.
Does it cover delivery?
Savings apply to product prices. Delivery, freight and white-glove service are billed separately.
How does billing work?
