We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply according to your shipping address and will be added at checkout.

For in-stock items shipping from our US warehouse, delivery takes around 3-10 business days. For products shipping from our international partner warehouses, it can take between 7-20 business days, depending on where you live.

Made-to-order pieces — such as furniture, wall panels, rugs and chandeliers — are built specifically for your order. The product page shows a delivery estimate for each of these items.

Please understand that if we are back-ordered on production, we will get to your order in queue. Our products are in demand and we’re a small production team. We don’t cut corners on production quality.

Our handling time usually takes about 2-3 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world. 

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Made-to-order pieces — furniture, wall panels, rugs and chandeliers — are refunded exclusively in store credit, as each one is crafted specifically for your order.

Articture does not cover the cost of return shipping. As soon as your return reaches our warehouse, we will process it within 2-3 business days. Please contact us using the contact form to the side to initiate a return! :)

We know how frustrating this situation can be. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. Once we confirm the item arrived damaged or defective, we will arrange replacement parts, a repair, or a brand new item — at no cost to you. If the item needs to be returned, shipping costs are covered by us. We apologize for your less than perfect experience.

As long as your order has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel it. There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover our transaction processing and operational costs to stop an order in motion. These costs are not refunded to us when an order is cancelled.

Once production has started, it is not possible to cancel made-to-order items — furniture, wall panels, rugs, chandeliers, and any other piece created specifically for your order. Our team is small and invests significant time and resources in producing these pieces.

We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you let us know, the more likely we’ll be able to cancel.

If your order has already shipped, our return policy applies once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!
