We offer free worldwide shipping. You can expect the chandelier to arrive to your door within 15-20 business days.

We always recommend using an electrician to install these chandeliers. Installation usually doesn't take longer than 1-2 hours of work and you are guaranteed a professional result. If needed, we can help you find an electrician in your local area.

Our technicians can customize your order. Common changes include: Hanging length, material finish, emitting color, dimmable add-on, add or reduce size/dimension, redesign the entire lighting fixture to your suggestion

Our handling time usually takes about 1-3 days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times can be seen at checkout depending on where you live.

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders above $100. Any order below this amount will be charged a flat rate of $12.95.

Please note - heavy and fragile items are subject to additional shipping charges that levied on a per product basis. These items are not eligible for free shipping over $100.

If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

For made to order items like Wall Panels, and Furniture, refunds are entitled exclusively to store credit.
