Returns
We want you to fall in love with your purchase. If something isn't right, you may return most items for a refund, or exchange them for store credit, within 30 days — as long as the products are unused and all protective covers are intact.
All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
We understand that a return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse, so the returned items only need to be shipped out within those 30 days (not delivered).
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Made-to-Order Furniture
Select pieces — including our sofas, sectionals and other items marked made-to-order on their product page — are built individually to your chosen configuration. Because each piece is made for you, it cannot be restocked or resold:
- You may modify or cancel a made-to-order purchase free of charge within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
- Made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right — see below.
- Before ordering, please confirm the piece fits your space and its access route (doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators). Deliveries that cannot be completed because an item does not fit are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@articture.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange replacement parts, a repair, or a replacement at no cost to you. This applies to made-to-order pieces as well.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items. We do offer reshipments.

Which size should I choose?
Our coffee tables come in lengths from 48″ to 84″ — the size guide in the Specifications section shows the exact footprint of each. As a rule of thumb, choose a table about two-thirds the length of your sofa, with 16″–18″ of walking space between the two. Our design specialists are happy to help you pick.
What's the warranty?
Our tables are guaranteed for 5 years of daily use. We take pride in our quality, and build each one to last so that you don't have to stress.
How long does it take to receive my table?
Each table is built from the ground up, made specifically for you. Most orders arrive in 8–10 weeks, delivered right to your door.
Do you offer white glove delivery?
Yes. Our white glove delivery team can handle every step for you — from transport and unboxing to placement and cleanup.
Do I have to assemble anything?
Minimal assembly — the legs attach in minutes with the included hardware. Or choose white glove delivery and our team will handle setup entirely.
