First I just want to say the customer service was very helpful. I had 2 issues in my original order. One being the wrong sized pillow cases, and the 2nd being that my duvet riped at the seem. Its a zipping duvet, so you really must be careful when removing and putting on. Comfort is 10/10. Great for hot sleepers. I love the color, and i was able to sew up the end on the duvet myself. Doesnt look perfect, but saved money and resources and the refunded me 20% of my purchase.
