How do I clean it?

The included brush reaches end to end; a rinse after use is usually enough. Dishwasher safe too.

What finishes are available?

Mix, Rose Gold, Gold, Silver, Rainbow and Black.

Why the bent shape?

It angles the straw to your glass's edge — no tipping, no chasing the straw.

Will the colour last?

Yes — the plating is bonded to the steel and stands up to daily washing.

How does shipping work?

Our handling time usually takes about 1-3 days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times can be seen at checkout depending on where you live.

How much does shipping cost

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders above $100. Any order below this amount will be charged a flat rate of $12.95.

Please note - heavy and fragile items are subject to additional shipping charges that levied on a per product basis. These items are not eligible for free shipping over $100.

What is the return policy?

If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

For made to order items like Wall Panels, and Furniture, refunds are entitled exclusively to store credit.
