Under a queen bed use 8′ × 10′, under a king 9′ × 12′, leaving 18–24″ of rug showing on each side. Around a dining table add 24–30″ so the chairs stay on the rug when pulled out. No. The edges are bound flat with no tassels, so it sits clean against furniture and vacuums without snagging.

Vacuum regularly with the beater bar off. Blot spills straight away with a clean cloth and cold water — don’t rub. Rotate the rug once or twice a year so it wears evenly, and use a professional cleaner for anything deeper.
