We want you to fall in love with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 30 days. Only as long as the products are unused and all the protective covers are still in tact!

We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within those days (not delivered)!

Delivery
What makes our beds different?
Every bed is made to order in the size, material, headboard and base you choose — not assembled from whatever was already in a warehouse. Solid hardwood framing, sprung beech slats, and upholstery or timber finished by hand.
Can I customize it?
That's the point. Choose your size, your material, one of five headboard silhouettes, and a platform or storage base. Extended headboards can carry a matching built-in nightstand on either side, or both.
Can I speak to someone before ordering?
Yes. Our team will walk your room dimensions and material choice with you before anything is built. Custom sizes are available on request.
What if I want the frame without a headboard?
Choose Frame Only. It's designed to sit against our upholstered wall panel systems, so the wall itself becomes the headboard — full height, any width you like.
What's the warranty?
Five years on the frame and base. Upholstery is covered against any manufacturing defects.
How long will my bed take?
Each bed is built to order and takes roughly 6–10 weeks. That covers sourcing your material, building the frame, upholstering or finishing it, quality testing, and preparing it for shipment.
How does the bed arrive?
Flat-packed to your room of choice. White-glove delivery and assembly can be arranged — reach out any time before delivery.
Can I add nightstands later?
Yes. The nightstands are built to the same collection and finishes, so a set bought later still fits the berth exactly.
Is assembly difficult?
Tool-free and about twenty minutes with two people. Storage bases arrive with the drawers already built.
