How do I pick the right size?
Front legs of the sofa and chairs on the rug, back legs off, is the rule for living rooms — an 8′ × 10′ suits most. Under a queen bed use 8′ × 10′, under a king 9′ × 12′, leaving 18–24″ of rug showing on each side. Around a dining table add 24–30″ so the chairs stay on the rug when pulled out. The size guide above shows every size to scale.
Can I order a custom size?
On our hand-made rugs, yes — switch on Customized Size under the size chips, type the width and length to the inch, and the total shows before you add to cart (priced per square foot, minimum 12 sq ft; larger than 14′ × 24′ is quoted). Printed designs come in the standard sizes shown on their page.
Does it have a fringe?
No. The edges are bound flat with no tassels, so it sits clean against furniture and vacuums without snagging.
How do I care for it?
Vacuum regularly with the beater bar off. Blot spills straight away with a clean cloth and cold water — don’t rub. Rotate the rug once or twice a year so it wears evenly, and use a professional cleaner for anything deeper.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
Screens differ, and a made-to-order rug can vary slightly from batch to batch. The palette is deliberately soft and faded. If you’re deciding between two colourways, our team can help over chat.
How long does it take?
Each rug is made to order and delivers in 4–6 weeks.
How does it arrive?
Rolled and wrapped, delivered to your door. Unroll it, lay it flat, and any creases from rolling settle within a few days.
Can I return it?
