Why choose goose down?

Goose down is for those who want the best. It has incredible loft, is exceptionally durable, lightweight and also hypoallergenic.

What weight should I choose?

What's the difference between feathers and down?

You may recall sitting on a feathered pillow and being struck by a sharp tip poking out. Feathers have a hard quill shaft, while down is the soft undercoat of the bird.

Down is the best insulator per ounce, outperforming other natural and synthetic fills. Additionally, feather duvets are heavier as they require significantly more filling to achieve the same warmth as down duvets.

What is the difference between the support levels?

Our pillow support refers to how much down is stuffed in the pillows. The firmer the pillow, the more down we put inside to achieve that extra support.

Soft pillows will have have less down, resulting in less height, while firm pillows will have the highest height due to the extra down filling. Please note, with any quality down pillows, it will soften over time.

How does shipping work?

Our handling time usually takes about 1-3 days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times can be seen at checkout depending on where you live.

How much does shipping cost

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders above $100. Any order below this amount will be charged a flat rate of $12.95.

Please note - heavy and fragile items are subject to additional shipping charges that levied on a per product basis. These items are not eligible for free shipping over $100.

What is the return policy?

If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

For made to order items like Wall Panels, and Furniture, refunds are entitled exclusively to store credit.
